The problem of the misaligned toolbar icons does not seem to be solved yet. Many — not all — of the toolbar icons are still cut off at the top; they seem to sit on a too high baseline. On the other hand, the coloured toolbar icons for form windows appear correctly aligned. (I am using MacOS 10.15.6.)
No attempt was made to fix this. If it had, it would have been in the release notes.
