The Credentials panel of the Site License window allows you to change the email address and passwords associated with your account. Today a customer ran into a problem by changing the password but he also cleared out the email address, so he was no longer able to log in. Of course it shouldn’t let you do that, so I’ve made changes to prevent that from happening, and also made it ask for confirmation of any change of email address – before it would just do it silently when you pressed submit.
I’m mentioning this here because these fixes won’t be released for a while. In the meantime, be a bit extra careful in using the Credentials panel – make sure that the correct email address is shown before pressing Submit. (If you do mess it up, we can fix it manually, so it’s not the end of the world.)
