Sign up mistake

I have just begun with Panorama. I signed on to get a one-week free trial, then I completed a survey, which was supposed to give me two months free if I took out an annual subscription.
Then…
I was confused by the prompts, and now the program is asking for my immediate payment.
Please help.

Yes, that is where my confusion began. What can I do now? I want to trial this software, not purchase it outright, sight unseen.
