Can someone confirm that the “new page after summary” option is not available yet in Pan X? Alternatively, are all the available features from the various release notes being maintained in a single list I can consult?

Correct, the new page after summary option is not available yet in Panorama X.
Any change in the status of this?
This option is still not available, and will not available until a release sometime after Panorama X 10.2.0.
