When I attempt to de-activate Pan6 (due to a message indicating my personal use license will expire soon), I get a msg:
File “Panorama Personal License.dat” or disk may be locked or busy. Unlock and try again.
I don’t know what to unlock…suggestions?

That file is in the Panorama folder. Probably the folder has acquired permissions that prevent it from being modified. You can try messing with the permissions, or just erase the entire folder and re-install Panorama 6. Be sure to review the instructions here for details on how to handle an expiring personal use license.
