Old Panorama files & updating to Catalina

Your heads up did the trick, and I have installed Panorama 6 on the Mojave disk. I had to go through every procedure described in the Provue article on how to install the system, using Terminal twice in Recovery Mode.
The problem now is that Provue won’t let me register Panorama 6. When I put in my serial number, I get the error message “System Problem Code 7.”
I don’t know how to fix that.

1. You don’t need to register Panorama 6 to convert your files.

2. That exact error code is explicitly covered in the Panorama Classic FAQ instructions.
