How can I import an MSaccess database. I can create an excel file of the data but cannot check if the import will accept excel files. I have not yet bought Panorama and am just trying the 7 day demo version.

An MS Access database can not be directly imported but MS Access can export to many formats. Export to a CSV format, a comma delimited format, or an Excel format. From there, Panorama and most any other database/spreadsheet program will be able to import it.

I want to use database software for a charity and as I am a volunteer I cannot afford Panorama. I will have to look elsewhere but your reply will help me in my search.
